Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"This place was excellent. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and hospitable. The doner was the best one I've ever had and I have traveled everywhere. They gave me some treats on the house."
"Had the breakfast set and soup. The soup was delicious, the breakfast set decent but nothing too special. As people are writing already, staff is a little rough but not unacceptably so."
"5 stars out of 5! one of the best places in Stuttgart! Absolute pleasure. The taste is amazing. I absolutely loved Lachmacun and Künefe for dessert. I will come back again and again"
"I can't believe how good the food was. This brought back memories from being a kid and being given food by Turkish next door neighbours. I chose the mixed platter to try a bit of everything. Lamb chops, kofte, shish chicken and lamb. All was great. The coffee was also good. It was very strong, but not overcooked like I've had at other Turkish cafés."
"2022: Soups and meatballs are awesome. 2024: I used to go there in 2022, but I didn't go there for a long time after 2023. I visited there for a long time and there were a lot of changes. - Breads that come together with soups became different and much smaller and less. We ordered 3 soups, but they served only 1 and that was a small one. In the past 6 to 7 cuts of bread were served. - Potato salad is gone. The potato salad that was served with a main plate dish is now gone. I really liked the Schwäbisches Kartoffelsalat, so I am personally sad about it. - Onion and parsley salad is gone. The onion and parsley salad that was served with a main plate dish is now gone. They did match very well with the meat, so I am sad about it. - New side green salad comes now with a main plate dish instead of potato salad and onion& parsley salad. I am personally not a big fan of the green salad and the vegetables did not look really fresh. I personally liked the old combination with potato salad, onion & parsley salad and many cuts of bread."
"Delicious food. Good value for money. The waiters are extremely friendly and attentive."
"Literally one of the best options for breakfast here in Stuttgart. Especially after a good sleep, a good breakfast is compulsory - you’ll miss out if you go somewhere else."
"This is a fairly standard bakery and restaurant for Stuttgart, but worth a visit if you’re nearby. It’s located in an industrial area, which matches the general vibe of the city. At Dedemoğlu Restaurant, the baklava didn’t look very appealing, but the cookies were pretty good. We had rice pudding and a few types of cookies — not bad overall. Don’t go with high expectations, but it’s definitely worth trying if you’re in the area."
